1. Overview

At Abbott Psychometrics, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and products. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we may offer a refund. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our clients happy.

2. Digital Products & Resources

Due to the digital nature of our resources (such as downloadable guides, white papers, and assessment reports), we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered (i.e., downloaded or accessed).

However, we may consider a refund if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact our support team with details of the problem and proof of purchase.

3. Assessment & Psychometric Services

For Individuals:

If you purchase an assessment and are unable to complete it due to technical difficulties originating from our platform, you may be eligible for a full refund or a credit to retake the assessment. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with assessment results or for assessments that have already been completed and scored.

For Organizations:

Refunds for bulk assessment packages or custom development projects are governed by the terms outlined in the specific service agreement or contract signed by the organization. Please refer to your contract for details on cancellation and refund clauses.

4. Consulting, Training, and Workshop Services

Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred by us.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the service date are non-refundable.

Clients may have the option to reschedule a service instead of canceling. This is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellation by Abbott Psychometrics:

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a scheduled service, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling the service at a mutually agreeable time.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at tamunoolowokoma@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase or service date. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice number or receipt).
  • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days.
